(NECN: Scot Yount, Boston, Mass.) - The road ahead is looking a little bit clearer for Boston's 137-year-old newspaper. The Boston Globe and its largest union have reached a deal on millions of dollars in concessions. If approved, it could make it easier to find a buyer for the struggling paper.
Guild members are going over the tentative agreement at a meeting this evening.
After three months of what appeared to be bitter disputes with the Boston Globe's largest union, the squabbling could be over.
